Strength and Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning is the pinnacle of fitness training for athletes and fitness entusiasts. It consists of professionally designed training programmes that are periodized to take into account the numerous components of fitness experienced in sport. Following a structured strength and conditioning programme is the 'sure fire' way to systematically improve your fitness and subsequent sporting performance. All programmes are designed by Daniel Sims, MSc.

Strength and conditioning programmes are a very individual approach and will vary from sport to sport and person to person. For this reason, anyone wishing to partake in such a programme should contact the AIS for further info, or arrange a consultation.

The AIS offers three levels of programmes depending on the time you have to train.

2-4 sessions a month with the Strength and Conditioning Coach

£90-£160 per month

Gold

Personalized Training Programme
