Triathlon
‘Since working with Dan I have seen some vast improvements in my swimming. His encouragement and coaching skills have helped my swimming reach new levels. Over 4 months I had a completely revamped swimming technique and felt so much more confident entering competitions. My first sprint triathlon saw my finishing 4th and my second only 2 months later coming 2nd ! I started swimming 8 min for 400m and now after 6 months have the capacity to do 6 min times, something I would never have achieved without Dan’s help and support.’
