The current AIS centre is located in the heart of the Kent countryside in a newly rennovated farm building (The Granary). The Granary contains a private training studio designed for one to one sessions in personal training or strength and conditioning, and a larger group fitness studio perfect for circuit training and pilates.
Daniel Sims - Strength and Conditioning Coach/Personal Trainer- BSc Sports and Coaching Studies - MSc Strength and Conditioning - Register of Exercise Professionals Levl 3 Advanced Fitness Trainer Experience working with many elite athletes, including drivers on the British Rally Elite Scheme, Scottish Rugby Players and Scottish Hockey Players. He has also acted as Fitness coach for Oxford Brookes University Hockey, Edinburgh University Hockey and Marden Russets Hockey Club. |
